On the eve of the Spring Festival, I went to the Guiyuan temple in Hanyang District to learn about the market situation of calligraphy and painting. In front of a incense shop on cuiweiheng Road, I saw a small vertical billboard - Live painting exhibition. The unconventional "live painting" immediately attracted me. Curious, I went to the store to enjoy what the "live painting" was all about. What I could see in front of me were some ordinary landscape paintings and landscape paintings, Can't see where the "living" is! At this time, Mr. Yuan FA, the owner of the painting shop, enthusiastically introduced the "living paintings" art to me, pointing to the paintings hanging on the wall and saying, "in the dark night, the Buddha statues, Avalokitesvara and the God of wealth will appear on the picture." Then he took out his lighter and fired a flame near the picture. The color of the picture immediately changed when it was hot. This is the creative secret of Mr. Yuan's "living painting". No wonder he is called "living painting fate (yuan)"

2000 years ago, when Mr. Yuan FA went to Guangzhou, Beijing, Tianjin and other places to participate in large-scale shop decoration projects, he liked to stroll around the local scenic spots. When he visited, he paid attention to the tourist souvenirs sold in the shops. If he wanted to make non-standard samples, he was particularly interested in calligraphy and painting, including Buddhist statues and Guanyin Bodhisattva religious paintings, as well as landscape paintings and flower and bird paintings. Although they are of great artistic value, because of the single performance -, It is difficult to attract a large number of customers. "If you combine traditional art with certain means, you can use more than one painting, or the painting can change with the changes of seasons, it must be very popular!" Mr. Yuan had a sudden inspiration

therefore, after returning to Wuhan in early 2001, Mr. Yuan began to invite Wuhan painters to study changeable colors. After nearly three years of hard exploration, he finally figured out this "living painting" art, which was put on the market last September. According to Mr. Yuan's live demonstration, landscapes, people's clothes, flowers and leaves, bird feathers, tiger fur, etc. will change color with the change of indoor temperature; At night, the hidden statues of Buddha, Avalokitesvara, God of wealth and other immortals will be revealed. Mr. Yuan also vividly called this "offering flowers to Buddha". He said modestly, "now this kind of 'living painting' has certain limitations. In the future, I will show more landscapes in the form of 'living painting', so that the landscape can continue to move with the change of time, and the painting can really 'live'." In fact, this process is not difficult to solve. Using sunlight to change silk screen printing ink can make the landscape change with the light changes in the morning and evening

although Mr. Yuan can't draw by himself, he can think of this golden idea and put it into practice, and it has achieved initial benefits, which can be said to be a great contribution. Since I came into contact with Mr. Yuan, I have learned that not only can the temperature variable silk screen printing ink and luminous silk screen printing ink be applied to painting, but also can the light variable silk screen printing ink, fragrant silk screen printing ink, liquid crystal silk screen printing ink, flashing gold silk screen printing ink and so on be applied to painting, taking a road that has not been taken by predecessors, opening up a new market for "live painting" and striving to achieve perfection

"live painting" was immediately favored by the majority of consumers when it was put on the market. In just three months of operation, it made a net profit of more than 18000 yuan, and its income was affected due to the shortage of goods. Because live paintings are hand drawn after all, the production speed is slow and affects the output, which is far from meeting the market batch demand

"live painting" is an interdisciplinary new topic integrating painting and printing majors. With a variety of painting techniques and different ink materials as the means of expression, it breaks through the limitations of traditional painting majors and widens the field of painting materials. The emergence of this new star, "live painting", will have a huge and far-reaching impact on the art and printing circles. Therefore, this product has a broad prospect, and its social and economic benefits are immeasurable. I hope "living paintings" will thrive in the art garden and continue to design and create high-quality and high-grade "living paintings" artworks

now the printing process of "live painting" art is introduced as follows:

1 select the manuscript of traditional Chinese painting

landscape painting, flower and bird painting, animal painting. During the on-site inspection and Quarantine of two batches of imported electrical accessories, the Leliu Office of the Bureau found that fine brushwork painting was better than decorative painting; Religious paintings (such as Guanyin Bodhisattva, God of wealth, Buddha statues, etc.) use line drawing thick lines

2 layout

the color manuscript scans the film through electric color separation, and carries out layout design in the computer. The requirements are as follows:

1) determine the size of traditional Chinese painting: divide it into squares (68cm × 8cm), three feet (45cm × 90cm), four feet (120cm × 65cm)。

2) the gradient range given by the printing characteristics is between 10% and 90%

3) the point shape is chain or dot

4) the number of screen lines is 80 ~ 90 lines, which is suitable for printing art, and it is difficult to see points when viewing

5) positive film (positive picture) must be used for film

6) the screen angle of color ink paintings with warm colors as the main tone is 90 ° for yellow version, 45 ° for magenta version, 75 ° for green version (15 °) and 15 ° for black version (75 °); The screen angle of color ink painting with cold color as the main tone is 90 ° for yellow version, 15 ° for magenta Version (75 °), 45 ° for green version, and 75 ° for black version (15 ° for force measuring piston rotation followed by large friction or no rotation °)

3 version production

1) the four-color version adopts yellow polyester yarn, and the ratio of the number of threads to the number of threads is preferably 1:4. For example, the point of 80 thread film should use 320 mesh yarn. 80 ~ 120 mesh silk is suitable for the Buddha version

2) use mechanical tension frame, preferably pneumatic clamping tension frame. The tension of each plate is required to be the same, which needs to be measured with a tensiometer, and the tension is about 20n/cm. Tension quality is very important, which directly affects the printing effect

3) diazo photosensitive emulsion is water-based, with short printing time and high resolution

4) whether the frame is placed on the glass of the photosensitive table or on the screen printing table, the endless positioning card must be used to fix the puncture device on the material testing machine, so as to accurately overprint during printing

4 aqueous slurry

dissolve methylcellulose with water at the ratio of 1:10, and then reinforce the agent with ink or pigment, which is suitable for printing works such as traditional Chinese painting. Or choose the "water-based four primary color dot printing paste" supplied by the market

5 paper selection

rice paper is used for traditional calligraphy and painting. The quality of paper is better if the texture is pure, white, dense, loose and tough. Raw rice paper or cooked rice paper is selected according to freehand brushwork or meticulous painting

6 printing process

1) due to the strong water absorption and permeability of rice paper, the printing paste is easy to leak through the paper to the table during printing, which directly destroys the picture effect. Therefore, before printing, a wool felt should be placed under the rice paper. Because the wool on the surface of the wool felt holds up the rice paper and there is an air pad under the paper, the water in the printing paste will not leak, adhere, and affect the printing quality

2) the doctor blade should be 3 ~ 4cm larger than the picture

3) first use the luminous silk screen printing ink to print the luminous buddha on the rice paper, and then use the four primary color plate to print. The order of yellow, red (blue), blue (red) and black is better for water-based ink printing, because when printing traditional Chinese paintings, the depth of the black version is very important. When yellow, red and blue make the overall effect a good base, then print black ink, which can increase the density of the black version. Using black to outline lines, highlight the skeleton, and play the role of the finishing touch, which can significantly improve the quality of products

4) after the printing of the four primary colors is completed, the second set of trichromatic plates can be used for local overprint using light variable screen printing ink, temperature variable screen printing ink, variable ink, fragrance screen printing ink, liquid crystal screen printing ink, etc

5) the amount of ink scraping on rice paper depends on the dynamic pressure of scraping. Therefore, the distance between the plate and the table, the scraping angle, pressure and speed should be well controlled, and necessary adjustments should be made in time. After scraping, the ink return should be uniform

6) printing "live paintings" only needs to be naturally dried, and then mechanically mounted and hung
